• Project details: what you tell us about the document you need.
• Files you upload: resumes, drafts, or reference documents submitted through our quote form.
• Basic website analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) via Google Analytics.

How we use it

We use your information only to quote, prepare, and deliver the document you requested, to communicate with you about your order, and to improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.

Uploaded documents

Files you upload are used solely to prepare your document. We keep project files only as long as needed to complete your order and handle any revisions, and delete them within a reasonable period after final delivery unless you ask us to keep them longer.

Payment information

Payment is handled by e-transfer directly through your bank. We do not collect or store credit card or banking details on this website.

Third parties

We use third-party services to operate this site: a form-processing service to receive quote requests and attachments by email, and Google Analytics for basic traffic statistics. These providers process data on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes.
